RCF at Pink Palace show

Hi friends, I've been accepted to the ArtWorks Foundation juried show Friday, May 24, 2013, through Sunday, May 26, 2013, at the Commodore Ballroom of Vanderbilt University’s Student Life Center in Nashville! The Gala Preview is Friday, May 24, from 5 to 9 p.m. (tickets, $30 each); Saturday, May 25, show hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday, May 26,  11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Entry for those days is $10. Also, take a peek at this gorgeous chrysocolla and crystal and green tourmaline that I discovered at the Tucson Gem & Mineral Show! I can hardly wait to create pendants with these glorious stones!

The Oceania pendant design features the theme sailing on the seas of life with the stones you would want on your journey: carnelian for energy, labradorite for intuition and amazonite for hope, wrapped in recycled copper and sterling silver. Perfect any time for the special person in your heart: Peruvian Pink Opal is so elegant, and this pair (50.3 carats) will be a dramatic earring set in sterling silver.  The green tourmaline pair from the Himalaya Mine will become a sweet earring set -- green tourmaline brings joy! And at right, a moonstone from India with luxurious adularescence nestled in a geode with two small blue beads of chalcedony from Peru.
